Turbo Pedistal Leak?

So i have an oil leak that isn't that bad, but is driving me nuts. The valley has absolutely no oil in it and I can't feel any oil on the oil galley plug. It is dripping all over the starter and out of the inspection plate, mostly dripping on the passenger side. I have read as many threads i could find on oil leaks and have found some that were similar, but most of them were the oil galley plug. I am trying to learn how to fix things since we will have a fourth truck here in a couple weeks with a 7.3. Here are some pics i took, i know they are not good, but i tried. Thanks for any help.

Re: Turbo Pedistal Leak?

They leak from around the rod right? I am assuming that is why it is covered in oil.
