Dome Light Comes on with Brake?

So took the truck out for a drive this evening and noticed that the dome light comes on (very dim) when I hit the brake. Anyone heard of this? I did a search and was not able to find any info. Any help would be great.

Re: Dome Light Comes on with Brake?

Finally got to look at this over the weekend. Took the third brake light out and the plastic holder for the third brake light bulb was melted. Got a new holder and bulb. Put it all back together and that fixed the problem. I would have never thought to look at the third brake light for a dome light problem. Thank you for the help.
