Fuel pump banjo bolt, I found the right wrench. Tips on reassembly.
Craftsman makes a 32MM open/closed end wrench that fits the banjo bolt perfectly, no welding, modding, etc. Just used a 3Lb hammer to hit the wrench to break the banjo bolt loose.
I noticed that after 1000 miles or so after reassembly, the banjo bolt seemed to have loosened up a little, as well as a couple of the FORD SPEC hose clamps which I bought new along with FORD SPEC fuel hose. So, just make sure you check all clamps and bolts after replacing your fuel pump or after rebuilding/removing fuel bowl.
I just hope the hose clamp on the bottom of the fuel bowl line that you can only reach once it's out, is not going to loosen up.
