New PSD owner....finally!!!

Picked up my truck tonight....

1996 XLT F350, 7.3, CC, 4x4, 240K...Power everything, Cruise, tilt..

Trans rebuilt around 40K miles ago...
K+N
3" down pipe to stock system
Banks stage 1 chip
New brakes
new shocks
Lotta new front end parts
Stock suspension...( for now)
Interior pretty clean for a 96, needs to be douched out....

Was askin 8K, got down to 5500.00.....

My plan is to take it to a good diesel guy who all my friends use and have him go thru and see if everything looks good....This is my first diesel...

Any suggestions?

Gauge's and intake first, I would ditch the k&n setup if it's a drop in filter. After that then it's onto a chip, injector's, turbo's and the only limit will be how big your budget is.

Yes, I mean those three gauges. Also I'm talking about either a DIY intake or a tymar or a afe/s&b intake.
