95 F-250 7.3 PCM Reflash

How can I get the PCM reflashed to 1996 coverage with the truck inop. Its not running and I wanted to purchase an AE code reader to diagnose the No Start. They said the PCM has to be flashed to 1996 coverage?

Your local ford dealer should be able to do it, or contact php(powerhungry performance)

Re: 95 F-250 7.3 PCM Reflash

Thats funny because my other PCM which is a 95 code TEE5 works perfect with my scanner(AutoTap) which is similar to AE ...maybe they think that your PCM is not OBDII which of course it is ....You could always use a Snap-on MT2500 to diagnose it .
I don't see why the AE would not work with yours...
