Fuel line leak. Could this be the fix?

I replace my fuel pump a few weeks ago and ever since I noticed it was leaking. The fuel line that goes to the back of the heads is leaking on the driver side the o-ring is jacked up and I just want to make sure that this is the o-ring or whatever it is, is what I need?
