injecctor/turbo question

I was wondering would a superduty turbo be an upgrade from my stock 97 turbo and if so any adjustments or what not need to be done? Also a buddy of mine as super duty injectors that are AD I believe..... would these work in my truck? If so would it be a good upgrade? Thanks guys.

Re: injecctor/turbo question

Not really on the turbo... It would be worth it to switch to the SD setup and then put a 38r on there. But not really if you're just gonna throw on a stock SD turbo.

AD injectors would be better than stock, but you need to have your chip tuned for split shot injectors and in the long run, some AC's would be a better choice. I put splits in my truck and it's better than stock, but there are better options.
