Help me diagnose my problem- Win free Transcommand:) Pictures Inside

I have a miss that only occurs sometimes. Erratic idle, throws no codes. Does give me a couple CCT balance faults.

I have replaced so far-

ICP sensor and Connector
CPS
Fuel Pump
I have checked UVCH and ohmed out the engine harness
I checked for air in my fuel
Swapped IDMs
Pulled the Chip out
Cleaned FPR
Cleaned Fuel Bowl

The miss is very bad sometimes in the morning, it will lope and almost die. Seems to run just fine sometimes, mostly when its warm.

Heres a video of my fuel pressure fluxuating, no BB. Is this normal?

You fuel pressure bounces alot more then mine did when I had factory set up but rmine had a long hose to dampen the pulses.

Your IPR does look high to me.

If it was mine, I would probably replace the UVC harnesses and VC gaskets. I would then want to watch with the engine running looking for how the oil flows out of each injector.

My guess is you have an injector issue in the end result.

I ohmed out my injector solenoids already, they all came in at 3.4 Ohms.

You say the injectors arent stock, they were remans at some point. So lets just assume they are all good, i guess the only other thing remaining would be the IPR. When the oil is cold maybe its not letting it pass through correctly!?

Lube oil for 500 Alex.

Check it.

And if you have a harness problem with the UVC or any other injector open circuit issue you WILL have a SES or CEL. If there's no light, you don't have problems there, or the bulb burned out.
