Mirror Swap

So I have the nemo mirrors and want to swap to the tow mirrors that have the arm not the gooseneck towing ones but the the ones with the bracket. Do I need to do anything to my doors other then dril two holes on each side and does it cover the hole at the top from my power mirrors?

If you are going to the 2 arm mirrors they will not bolt in the nemo mirror holes. The 4 arm tow mirrors will

Would the two arms cover the old holes though?

No. You could bolt in the front one, but there is a much bigger hole in the center of the nemo mirror where the other bolt on the 2 arm would be then the back hole would be open. You would have to do body work to bolt on 2 arms. 4 arms are thr only direct bolt ons in a sense.
