horn starts sounding, pulled relay 3 to stop, then pulled fuze 12

last year I had this problem in the woods of florida. I disconnected the battery to stop then pulled the fuzes. I went to my mechanic and he checked all the normal stuff. After I pulled the fuzes and hooked up the battery and the windows quit working. So I went to a specialist and he ran the circuits and determined the GEM module had a short. He replaced the gem module. Well yesterday the horn went off again. I pulled relay 3, then fuze 12, put relay 3 back in. Wipers and windows not working, cruse control not working. Has anyone a similar experience. my email is [email protected]

Your windshield is leaking. Have it replaced. Then let the inside dry out. You should be all good.
