I agree you should get something a little more up to date.
However, I refuse to call most of the tunes on the market "custom." It's the same process you would do for any generic tuner out there. Tell them what you have and they mail out a tune that closely matches it. If they don't have your truck, it's not custom. (Unless of course you're datalogging and exchanging emails.)
Live tuning is the only custom tuning.
Lots of vendors make good tunes though. DP-Tuner is a sponsor here and I've heard good things from them.
