LED lighting for obs f250

I was wanting to know if anybody has done led conversions in there headlights and how well it works. I found some for 70 bucks but is it worth it? And im also interested in putting led's in the reverse lights if anybody has any input on that. Thanks

Has anyone done light a retro fit projector/hid setup on there OBS because to me this would be the absolutely best way to go and I'm not talking about those cheap ebay projectors either.
