Re: hid conversion

A lot of guys on here have ran the Retro Solutions kits....I, myself bought one from Nitto (I think that's the name of the company.) Either way, it's worth it all around, the lights are ridiculous.

Re: hid conversion

Snow and Fog...also on coming drivers.

Hids require a housing designed specifically for them. This is why no manufactor will sell Hid retrofit kit's. Our housings allow light to go upwards to illuminate street signs.......read this for a complete explanation..http://www.danielsternlighting.com/t...nversions.html

Re: hid conversion

I have 6000k HIDs in my truck, LOVE them, best $80 i spent (ebay, just search 9007 HID and find the kit that is in a RED box). I later switch my stock semi hazed headlights for those clear diamond ones. Didnt really notice any difference in lighting distribution, but compairing stock lighting on hi beams to HID there is no compairson, they really light up the road.

It will work if there both a 9007 bulb, The plug for the bulb wiring harness is the same as the plug for the bulb.
