My Thoughts On CREE LED Reverse Lights

...they...are... AWESOME!

So when I bought the truck it was just a XL fleet truck. Nothing fancy and a little worn. I've been slowly upgrading it (headlights, ect.) and I recently picked up a set of new tail light housings. The old housings had cracks and were generally just pretty ugly. Two brand new ones on eBay for $30, so I couldn't pass it up. I decided with new housings it was time to upgrade those horrible stock reverse light bulbs so I could hopefully see something while backing up.

I'm sure my pictures won't work but I'll give it a shot.

Yes, I know. Wash the truck!

The crappy iPhone pictures do it no justice. These bulbs are just awesome. They light up everything! Possibly my favorite investment so far. Highly recommended. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner.

Re: My Thoughts On CREE LED Reverse Lights

I bought a set of 6k ones from Vleds. Damn these things are bright! No more problems seeing behind the big girl at night even with the tinted windows. A LED reverse is a wise investment.
