nother 07 headlight question.....

my neighbor stopped me while i was mowin today and told me he got new headlights for his 07' and he'd sell me his old ones for $80. do i need a new harness er somethin to hook em up or will they work as long as i trim the panel for them? his trucks an 07 and mines an 03. stock grills. thanks

any electrical splicing or anything or will the harness work with the new ones?

sorry for another question but what kind of harness will i need? any links to anywhere? or just tips to modify the factory harness?
