Everything's LED and HID

I've changed every bulb on my truck, I've added a resistor to the turn signals but for some reason they don't always blink, I've noticed they blink after awhile the lights have been on. Any ideas on how I could change that?

Re: Everything's LED and HID

Take the resistors off and replace your flasher unit with an electronic one that isn't dependant on load to flash. You haven't mentioned what year your truck is, my '01 and '02 have a cube style flasher with 5 spade tabs on it. I used to have the part number but it has worn off the box now. I do know "Standard" electronics makes one.

Thanks bro, it's a 04. Any ideas where I might be able to pick one of those up?

Re: Everything's LED and HID

They are standard issue auto parts store items. Even if you don't find the same brand/part numbers given they aren't a specialty item. They're right in the same spot as replacement flashers.
