buying projectors for a retro fit diy on my 02 headlights.

Whats a good projector and what type of shroud to get? Theres so many to choose from. I thought a projector was just a projector.

The FX-R 3.0 is the best bang for the buck. You can spend twice as much and get maybe 20% more performance. Easier to install compared to most OEM's.

x2 on the FX-R I have them and they are nice.
But for ease of install and hunting and gathering The Retrofit Source has a great kit.
And does your truck have the clear euro style lights or the hazy looking ones?

Thanks guys and mine has the clear ones instead of the foggy look ones. Think im going to get a set of new clear ones and do the conversion on them as then I wont be in a rush to get them done due to doing the originals id have to have the truck down.
