Re: HID conversion

IMO the slap in a HID bulb into the stock headlight is just plain junk. Have yet to see one that didn't have some kind of issue from flickering, very poor lighting pattern to getting oncoming drivers flashing their high beams at you constantly. Do it the right way and get true HID's installed into you stock headlights. Talk to Cary at CT Performance Inc. he's a supporting vender.

SCT, no studs...yet, Dual OEM intake air filter housings, Banks intercooler & intake elbow, Banks exhaust syatem, Windrunner ported intake manifold, Bullet Proof Diesel remote oil cooler & thermostat, AirDog2 (plus a couple spares), Power steering filter (Amsoil dual-bypass), MagTec deep ATF pan, Electric oil pre-lub pump, Dakota Digital gauges.

Maybe its me but I have yet to separate a set of headlights successfully. I'll stick with getting someone like Cary to do it then I know it's done right and both headlights will end up with a perfect beam pattern.

Re: HID conversion

Mine separated just fine, but then again they are brand new aftermarket housings(obs so I needed to go that route for clear lenses)
