80/100w headlights

Today I bought a set of 80/100w headlights and the manufacture says they dont need any upgrades to the harness, but I feel like with the extra power it could get to hot. Anybody used these on an OBS and had problems??

I put lights like that in an old Dodge years ago and melted the plug.
I think you need to upgrade the harness or step up to HID's to get more light.

If they are truly putting out that kind of wattage, then you will def need to upgrade your harness and plugs. I would also be concerned about blinding on coming traffic.

They will work fine with our USA made harness....won't bother anyone, been selling these kits with Hella 80/100w for years.

We only carry the BEST parts and never compromise just to get a sale.

Dealer for: Full Force, Tymar, BTS, Icon, Pure Performance, TW tunes, just to name a few.

Re: 80/100w headlights

Thanks for all the responces. Cary will you pm me a price for the harness shipped to 33844. I found one at LMC and one on ebay both for around $30. And I got your pm about the HID conversion I thought it was awesome but the wife said to much money since I have to buy a transmission soon.
