LED polarity sensitive?

Are LED lights polarity sensitive?

I want to make my dually maker lights on my OBS blink with the blinkers but they are only a single filament bulb. I was going to take the ground wire and tie it into the blinker wire, but dont know If I can do that with LEDs(I want to use LEDs for my dually lights)

Looking for Blue 40-20-40 seat for OBS. PM me if any known
