cheap lift ?'s

I know, I used the search feature but I just wanted a straight answer. What is the cheapest way to lift my F-350 diesel up 4"? I found some hangers on ebay for cheap but I dont know how good they work.I dont mind if I get a rougher ride since it allready rides like a dump truck and it's not my daily driver.

Thanks

You will also need a track bar drop bracket, possibly a carrier bearing drop kit and new shocks too. For the rear, you will need an add-a-leaf or higher blocks and new ubolts.
