My grandfather has a 2001 E-350 van 7.3L auto no mods. He want's to get some better headlights. He has sealed bulbs, is there a conversion light to get away from the sealed bulbs? He just wants somthing that lights up a bit better, and possibly some fog lights.
Thanks any info is appricated

Yes you can do a headlight conversion which is just a replacement housing the hids can fit in. I dont know if any vendor here have them but stylin trucks site does.

Re: 2001 E-350 ?'s

you have a couple of choices, first and cheapest is to use sylvania silver star sealed beams, I have them in my van and they are much brighter than standard, second is you could put composite lenses in, the passenger vans had them, I don't know how much work it would be.
