Re: pics of bumpers

The company I work for is about to start selling these. I have been designing prototypes for about a year, and marketing is almost done with the website. The bumpers will come standard with winch mounts (up to 16k) and 6" off-road light mounts. The coating is a textured semi-gloss TCI powder. I have much more info on them if you are interested.

and page 8 makes me wary of fitment.."When installing a winch guard on a vehicle, the installer should take care to ensure that the mounting of the winch guard or its sub-brackets do not interfere with the factory air bag sensors (the vehicle sensors should not be moved or modified in any way.) It is not practical nor feasible to test every possible vehicle configuration with possible winch and winch mount configuration, and Sterling Equipment, et. al., has not attempted to do so. We recommend that the consumer check with the vehicle manufacturer and a reputable, qualified mechanic to determine whether a particular installation may interfere with the air bag system. The consumer should then make a personal decision as to the appropriateness of this accessory for their particular vehicle. Sterling Equipment, et al., cannot and does not guarantee the proper operation of the vehicle's air bag system if the winch guard is mounted contrary to the vehicle manufacturer's recommendations".

Just put this on the truck a couple days ago. It is a 05-07 model but I still have them 99-04 grill and headlights as my new ones have not showed up yet.

I love these Ranchhand's the best. Did you notice any sagging after mounting that bumper?
