Alcoa 22" dually wheels, weight???

I am thinking of getting a set of Alcoa 22" classic's for my dually and will be running the 285/45/22 tires but just wondering what the weight difference would be compared to the stock 16" wheels/tire setup?? Not sure if it is major difference or not
Thanks

I would imagine it would be a big difference. But the tires might me a bit lighter than the ones for the 16's so i would look at that too.

I can't speak to the difference for a dually, but my 22"x12.25" Alcoas weigh nearly 100 lbs each.

I have a dually running big rig set up with 22.5 and Sumimoto 225s. Inner rear are steel wheels. Ship weight on two pallets was 1100lbs total.

Definitely agree. Even after you factor in the 100 lbs per 37" Toyo and who knows how much for the 8 to 10 lug adaptor. Lots of unsprung weight there.
