Good choice? tires....

I need help making up my mind.... Currenty I have the ford stock 20"s with the goodyear LT275/65/r20 same as these..... its time for new tires and I would like to put these or these. which are listed here for $290

Plan B, I found a set of Eagle Alloy 064 22x10 with nexen 305/40/22 tires, load range D, 2601 @50psi.... for 1250 bucks, "near new" ~4000 miles on them....

I am torn..... I would like a load range E tire, but will D be enough? I do haul about a ton of concrete in the bed of my truck occasionally... and I do NOT have a goose neck hitch....

choices choices choices are ravaging my brain!!!!

thanks

Money is definitely a deciding factor here.... If I were to get the 22's I would have to sell the ones I have now..... Here is the cheapest tire I have found that will fit the wheels I have now: http://www.4wheelparts.com/PDT236832.aspx
