Re: geting new tires

I have the mt's and i have 15k on em and they arent really showing any signs of wear. I watched a set of 285 at's wear out in less than a yr on my buddies F-150.

Re: geting new tires

If you want a all terrain type tire I'd go with a Mickey Thompson ATZ.

They changed the look of the ATZs and they are much uglier now.

Re: geting new tires

my cousin had the toyo m/t and they didnt show hardly any wear on them after 10k . The mt atz looks like a good all terrain. i still have a bout 5000miles of life on them to decide my next tire at least.

Re: geting new tires

The new design is much rounder looking and the sidewall sags more, the old one has less sidewall sag and looks more square.

New design

Old design

Oh my bad then, the 3 tire shops I went to said they only had one kind of atzs now and the more aggressive version wasn't being offered anymore.

Re: geting new tires

I was about to say...... I already have the toyo mts if I were to switch to anything it would be an atz. BFG All Terrains are great and I love em but not the price to wrap one around a 20.
