A local hose shop should be able to make them for you. You'd just need to remove yours and take them in, so they can use them to make new ones in the correct length with the correct fittings.

How do they differ? Have never been near a 2WD Superduty, let alone working on its brake system, so I am curious. Are the fittings different sizes or style than on the 4wd? If not, I would think you could measure what you need and then contact the braided companies and get the length you need simply enough.
