Rear bumper removal... need help

hey guys

heres the deal, i want to pull the rear bumper, chrome off the mounts so i can pound out my dent a bit

how do i get the plastic off the top of the bumper so i can re install it after.... and 4 bolts to remove the bumper?

thanks guys, hoping for a weekend project... add in flush mount lights with strobe kit

take 2 bolts off on each side of frame and flip the bumper on its top and press lightly with a flat head driver on the clips real easy I guess i could post some pics

I just reached in with a set of channel locks squeezed the plastic and lifted up on the plastic at the same time. Then worked my way across the bumper. I did this with it still on the truck
