Arm Rest removal?

Hey, my drivers side armrest is cracking a little. I heard the trick of swapping with the passenger side. (So the bottom is facing up on both, no wear on them.

How do you get them off? I am talking about the ones on the inside by the console. 03 XLT Sport with leather seats.

Thanks, I'd like to get this done today!

Re: Arm Rest removal?

on the back of the armrest peel back the pleather. It's got and elastic string that pulls it around the back. Once you do that you will see a bolt at the pivot point. Take it out and walah...

Re: Arm Rest removal?

Just figured it out,, thanks. Guess I have to use the two gray ones I got off a guy on here wayyyyy back. I have two tone black and gray interior anyway. They are on now, the Katskin ones don't fit quite as good, but look better than the cracked one I guess....
