Re: What kind of aftermarket Brake rotors/pads

I've been happy with my Power Slot Cryo Rotors and Hawk LTS pads on my 01 F-350 and 99 F-150.

Same here, Power slot & Hawk pads on both my CC & the Wifes EX. In my opinion maybe the best mod I've done to my truck. Just My 2 cts. Country

Re: What kind of aftermarket Brake rotors/pads

I've got Napa's UP rotors and running Hawk SuperDuty pads up front. Waiting for the rear pads to come in and I'll be running the Hawk's out back too with the Napa UP rotors.

Re: What kind of aftermarket Brake rotors/pads

I run slotted Centric brand rotors and HD pads front and back on my truck. DI made me a smokin deal. Made a BIG difference on my truck.

On my wish list is SSBC 8 piston calipers from BWD.

You mean SSBC 8 piston calipers that include Hawk pads, and your choice of rotors.....

We recommend PowerSlot Cryo rotors and Hawk ceramic pads for a stock set up. The Hawk SuperDuty pads have a higher temperature operating range before they start to work, and then are noisy as a bonus.

Dammit. Yes, that is what I meant B.

Think I was still asleep. I fixed it.

On the EX I use ORU's cryo'd rotors and Hawk pads. Great combo and the time it takes the truck to stop now is a lot better than before.
