diy ram air hood

has anyone ever built their own ram air hood? ive been thinkin of making my own but not exactly sure on how i wana do it. ive seen mulitpul diy cowl hoods but never any ram air hoods.

I did a couple different versions on my '95. Mainly tried to get air to the intake so cut a hole just above the open element filter. In the final version I used a Lund stick on scoop, rivited it down and cut the front open. The OSB have a triangle shaped section right there that doesn't interfer with the bracing on the hood. I ran first one scoop and then added another on the passenger side to send some air on the DP area I figured.
Here's the only pic I can find I know how to link to, show's one of the ones I made from sheet metal. Was a work in progress!
