Info on lifting a Dually.

Hey every one,
Looking for info and Pics of lifted dually truck. I am trying to lift the 450 but want pics before I do it. I want to go with either a Icon 4.5 lift or a Icon 7 inch lift. Any one have pics of any lifted I have looked but not found many pics of lift dually trucks.
Thanks
Nick.
