Re: 2008 steering wheel in a 2003?
The wheel should fit right on. You will need the airbag/cover as well. Make sure yo let the airbag back up power drain before removing it. Unplug both batteries and wait several minutes. Then unscrew the airbag from the wheel and then pull the wheel with standard gear puller.
The trickier part is if you plan on using the switches on the wheel. (assuming you have them and its not a XL model). You may find that you have to get a different clockspring and/or do some custom wiring to make things work. Someone on here said the cruise control was a little different as well. I don't know about that. Should all be doable though!
