Not sure on the oil pressure.

But fuel pressure you will probably want a 0-100psi gauge, but shouldn't need anything more than 80

I don't know if there is a specific "oil rail pressure" gauge, but I am pretty sure an HPOP gauge is what your looking for. I know Isspro and Dipricol make one and I believe Autometer just came out with some.

Oil temp, my 6.0 runs right around 190, 7.3L might be different but I don't think it would be too far off from that, I have a 100-280 gauge and it works great.

the oil rail pressure was just a meah? diag. gauge... takeing a reading of oil pressure in the head its self by the # 7 or 8 cylinder instead of right off the hpop.

Engine oil pressure is the only thing im missing... 60 psi? 100?
