Opinions on Pro Comp Extreme Alloys

I am looking for some wheels....Are the Pro Comp Extremes any good? Do they crack like my current KMC Rockstars or my Weld Outbacks did? Does the chrome stay on them unlike my KMC Wheels?

Brent.

Re: Opinions on Pro Comp Extreme Alloys

I can't tell ya if they will or they won't but I can tell ya my experience...

I got the 6005 in the 18x9 size, have had them on the truck for a little less than 2years and little more than 40k summer/winter. I think they have held up good, I polished them last spring and plan to polish them again this spring since they desperately need it. I haven't towed anything over 10k, or towed often so I can't say too much about cracking, but mine have just plain worked so far.

Re: Opinions on Pro Comp Extreme Alloys

Small update...

I just polished mine up the other day. After 2 winters and this the second polishing. The chrome is starting to pull away around the little fake bolts on the outer edge. Maybe its because I didn't clean them enough or polish them often enough, but otherwise they still clean up great, and everything else is holding up on them.
