7.3 leaf spring help

I have a 03 7.3, I bought the truck with a 4” lift on it and have been told that to get the lift off and level it I will need stock leaf springs. I’m having trouble finding springs, at least some with lower mileage.

I finally found some springs with 150000 on them, but the guy recently sold the truck. He gave me a pic with the stamp on the codes, and I am hoping someone can help me verify what spring code these actually are?

Also,
Is there an option of finding a level kit that doesn’t require me finding stock springs? Thanks in advance

Re: 7.3 leaf spring help

Pro comp 22210 or factory x codes from ford or sdtruck springs. Those both will level your truck. Just remember that when you lower the truck, you will need the stock pitman arm, track bar bracket, sway bar brackets or links, and shorter blocks.

01 f-250, Standard
Rev tech 4" lift, 37" military wrangler Mt tires
KC diy 66, Full force 160/100 and custom tunes from PHP
Banks intercooler and full 4" exhaust, Diy S&B intake
Diy quad feed, Hydra, Isspro boost, pyro, and fuel pressure
3/0 battery cables with military style terminals
