Biggest Leveling Kit?

I've got a 1999 2wd F250 with 285's all around. Love the truck, but the front end sits so low that it looks ridiculous. I've run across some 2" spacers at various places online but, from the looks of things, it's going to take more lift to get it looking right, as I've done some measuring on mine compared to a 2wd F450. A 3" leveling kit would be perfect, but I can't find one for a 2wd Super Duty. Does anyone know if these are made? And what is the difference in a 2wd spacer and a 4wd spacer, as I'm guessing they aren't interchangeable? Thanks in advance for the help.
