Rear end cover

My 2000 rear end cover has got some pretty good rust on it. It is not leaking yet, but i know its a matter of time. Does anybody know where you can find these covers and is there any aftermarket covers that are affordable?

Re: Rear end cover

New ones from the dealer shouldn't be that much. On my old '94 it was only like $14.

As far as affordable aftermarket I have yet to find a "cheap" one. Guess your best bet would be an '08 rear diff cover with the longer bolts if you want that look for a reasonable price.

Re: Rear end cover

These are not bad and they come with bolts and the sealer to put them on with.

Re: Rear end cover

I put the 08 finned on the back ( 50 bux). And the solid one on the front. Stick some thread locker on those SOLID front bolts. Trust me on this.
