Parking brake problems........

I hope this is the right place for this question....

My parking brake won't set,My ford mechanic buddy said I need the parking brake ratchet(the peice near the pedal with the teeth on it).My question is what is the actual part name and where can I get it online?

03 f250 7.3 ccsb fx4
-6 inch superlift, 37 parnelli jones
-05 front end conversion(new pics to come)
-diy intake
-dp tuner
-zoodad
-john wood vb
-foil delete
-6.0 tranny cooler

I would try the boneyard first. get the complete pedal assembly for less than a part at the dealer.

I planned on that ,but I wanted to search online to see if there was any DIY fixes.
