Rear Lift Blocks....What Size??

This is kind of a continuation of my other thread but I put a 2.5" kit up front and now I'm wanting to put in some rear lift blocks to even it out. The front is currently sitting about 1 1/4" higher than the rear. I can't really decide between a 3, 3.5, and 4" block to swap into the rear. Ideally, I'd like to get a f350 block but the stealership charges waaaay to much and i haven't found one on this site or any other for that matter. Anyways, have any of you done this and if so, what size block did you use and do you have pics??

Re: Rear Lift Blocks....What Size??

i'm assuming you mean you stacked a 2" block on top of the stocker 2" block right? i've looked into doing that but I think I'm getting a little bit of axle wrap and adding a pivot point could make it worse. I'm not a hundo percent sure but some say stacking is ok and some stay not to so I think I'm leaning to just swapping out the stock for another taller block. looks really good though!

Anyone know for sure if blocks from a 99 can swap into an 05 and vice versa?

Re: Rear Lift Blocks....What Size??

if you are going to remove the stock block you should get a new one that incorperates the bump stop (like a factory block)

Re: Rear Lift Blocks....What Size??

fyi...i have a set of lift blocks coming from Precision Metal Fab. New concept that incorporates the u-bolts into the block. I'll have a write up with pics, reviews when I get them on
