T case mounted e brake

I'm fed up with the stock ebrake. It never has worked right. I've put new shoes and adjusted it. Worked ok tell my dad drive with it on.

I want to fab up a tcase brake. Now I need a very small rotor and caliper. Don't want to mess with drums. I want it to be cable operated. So who knows of a small car with a cable operated caliper? I know my 99 Jetta had one. Does anyone know of a more readily available car in a junk yard?

I've read subarus, firebirds, mustangs have them also. I guess I have to do a walk in my favorite junk yard.
