Long to short bed conversion

I am working on a little project and was looking for info on shortening a long bed to a short bed. Does anyone have pictures of where they shortened the frame? I have a good idea of how i want to do it but would like to see how others have done it.

Re: Long to short bed conversion

It is for another truck i am working on. not either of the ones i have listed. Besides the bed is pretty trashed.

We Weld has some nice pictures in his webshots. Might want to ask Charles too, he's done one as well.

Anyone have the webshot link. It does not come up under weweld.
