Injector problems need help!!

Hi, I am new to this site and need some help. I recently had all new injectors, cups, wiring harness and glow plugs installed in my 7.3. I have 230,000 on the truck and figured it was time. When I picked my truck up from the shop and drove it home,it had a pretty bad injector knock. So I called the shop and they told me that they just needed to break in, and it will go away. So I drove it for a week and it just got worse. They ended up towing it back to their shop because I lost all power and white smoke was pouring out the tailpipe. They called me up a few days later and said that one injector was too tight so they replaced it. I have been driving it for three days now, and I'm getting blue smoke on acceleration. And the knock is back. Please help!

Re: Injector problems need help!!

The shop that did the work installed Bosch injectors. Is that good or bad? So far I'm not impressed.

Re: Injector problems need help!!

that might be bad. general consensus is stock motorcraft or a handful of aftermarket injectors from quality vendors for our oil fired heui injectors. i'm always in the mood to learn more about them myself!
sub'd, best of luck with your injectors!
