Ford 6.4 replaced long block, p2290 no start

Need help!!! Replaced motor on 6.4. It was considered an overdressed long block by the distributor. Already had in take, water pump, crank pulley and other stuff on it. Was rebuilt. Got everything together and went to turn the motor over and wouldn't start. Fuel rail pressure started at 20.2 psi. Kept bleeding fuel system and eventually got it to start. It ran fine for an hour and then it stalled. Fuel pressureconomy went down again. Have to keep bleeding system to start again. Replaced both fuel filters. At this time, truck will not start. Fuel pressure is stuck at 55 psi. HELP!! I'm a class Beach mechanic and haveven most tools readily available
