Tire options for 38's??

I've got a 38/15.5/20 Nitto mud grapplers now with about 3k miles.. They are pretty loud.. I'm looking for something to replace them in either a 37x15.5 or a 38x15.5 with alot less noise.. Anyone have any ideas?

'03 6.0 CrewCab FX4 6" lift.. 38x15.5x20 Nitto Mud Grapplers on Moto Metal MO954 wheels straight piped and Looney tuned..

Slicker then snot on a chickens lip...

Mickey T MTZ or ATZ

They are quiet for a 38" MT tire, I've had the Toyo's as well and I think they are slightly quieter

My toyos are pretty quiet. If Kuhmo made a 35x12.5 for a 20 inch rim I'd probably try a set of them.

My 37x13.50x17s Toyo's are much more quiet than my previous vehicle with 35x12.50x20s Nitto's. I don't really notice them over the radio.

Re: Tire options for 38's??

had 38 grapplers liked the noise lasted long time but just swapped em running 37" M16 swampers and like em better than my 37 toyos. Super quiet tire and perform as well as the grapplers but have good wet weather traction like an A/T. had tons of tires and i plan on probably replacing these with another set when they wear. so far tons of tread left at 16K with tons of burnouts and getting wild at the ranch. just my .02
