Tire ? for y'all

I've got a golf cart I built on 38's TSL's and I'm going to change wheel & tires on it with my old Toyo's. My ? is would I have a problem running a 38X14.50X16 tire on 16X8 wheel. I wouldn't think the weight of the cart would be enough to pop a bead as long as they would seat.... right?

It will be fine, I have ran a 15" wide tsl on a 8" wheel on a rock crawler, and it never came off the bead, even with only 8 psi in it.
