colorado laws

so who in here knows how much grief would i get for runnin 48" tires i really want to do this lift but dont want to have any grief from the law man. they havent said anything about the 38"s or my buddys 40"s but what do you think about 48"s

your head lights have to be at a certain height, but i cant for the life of me remember what the height is!

right its 54" and lower is the headlights but i can get the extra headlights that mount on the bottom of the bumper same with the tail lights i just dont know if that is legal anymore im just curious to know if there is a law on tires or chasis height

All I can find is headlight and tail light heights.That is all they care about.My state goes by frame and bumpers. You should be good to go.

There is a 7.3 around elizabeth that has 53"s on it. I talked to him when he had 48"s (i believe) I dont recall him having too many problems.

If its anything like utah you will all kinds of grief i only had 10'' and 40'' and thay took my registration
