How often is everyone rotating their tires?

I'm doing every 3k...just seeing if I'm being a bit too cautious.

Running Toyo M/Ts

2006 F250 CC FX4 leveled on 285/75/18

i rotate mine every oil change 5k

03 SCSB (TOTALED)
00 ccsb zf6, 4" exhaust, 6637, ts chip w/php tunes, tinted glowshift gauges, ats ported housing,RR, leveled, ccv mod, pp mod, zoodad, intake heater delete, ebpv delete, WW2, t-500, South Bend clutch, more to possibly come

5k miles religiously. My phone tells me when its time.

Every 5,000 miles or so. Don't forget to lube the chassis too!

Every joint you can grease....specifically anything with a grease fitting. U-joints, steering linkages...anything that moves! SOme stuff you really can't grease. IIRC I think I have something like 8-10 grease fittings on my truck. I try to hit them every 5k. Whenever I replace ball joints... I'm getting the ones with grease fittings, too.
