6.4 Track Bar removal? Urgent

Anyone have any tips on how you remove the bar from the axle mount? I cant seem to break it loose...

They are torqued to 250ft/lbs + and are lock tighted

Looking for Blue 40-20-40 seat for OBS. PM me if any known

brass hammer and sometimes a tie rod fork may help. Mine was on tight as hell.

3/4" breaker bar and a cheater.

Your going to need at least a 1/2" drive breaker bar and a cheater pipe for leverage.

If you use a 1/2" bar, make sure it's a brand with lifetime warranty. :)

Ive done it plenty of times with a 1/2" but its a snap on, most 1/2" bars are good to 250-275 ft lbs. Any thing beyond that you have to step up to a 3/4" bar.

wedge a big bar between the axle and the track bar, then lower the truck. and it should help you thats how i got mine off

Breaker bar and hydraulic jack. Not a bottle jack.

You'll want to use a 12 point socket so you can turn it just one notch or so, since there won't be much room to work with under there.

Worked for me.
