Whats it take to change from a 2000 dash to a 2005 dash?

Just like the title says , What all does it take to change from a 2000 dash to a 2005 dash .....does the cluster just plug in? And does everything match up?

I might be wrong, but I was told by a Ford Technician that the dash changed with the new (at the time) 6.0 I would assume they would not work without modification since the 6.0 revs higher.. Anyone else know?

Different communication,not interchangeable.If you want a different look try Black Cat customs

Im pretty shure the 00 cluster will work with the 05 dash suround

03 7.3 sc 8' xlt, 4r100 4x4 was 03 2wd xl work truck, built what I couldnt buy
13 6.7 cc 8' 4x4
